What site work needs to be completed after the home arrives, and is craned onto the permanent foundation?
                Exterior:
                Remove temporary trucking wrap
                Remove temporary caps on plumbing vents at roof
                Complete any remaining Tyvec wrap and tape all seams
                Electrician to complete appropriate electrical hookups
                Plumber to complete appropriate plumbing hookups
                Install drip caps on all windows and doors
                Install entry canopy, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters per layout plans
                Install all exterior light fixtures
                Install/Build any decks per plans

                Interior:
                Install appliances (hood vent, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher)
                Drywall and paint touchups per plans
                Install cabinetry knobs, carpet and railing at stairwell, mirror and glass partition in the bathroom

What site work needs to be competed prior to the home arriving?
                Site clearing (ie: trees, rocks, vegetation etc..)
                Excavation for Foundaton
                Concrete footings, followed by concrete piers or walls per plans
                Services (electrical, gas, water, sewer)
                Backfilling
                Structural beams per plans
