Joel Tanner
With a 3 year diploma in architectural technology, 6 years of designing and building Prefab Flat Pack homes, and 3 years of running his own architectural design firm - Joel brings a wealth of knowledge to the SMPLy Mod Team. Joel has over 90 projects under his belt, 60 of which have been designed and built over the last 36 months. |

Chris Tanner
Chris has a Bachelors of Education from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University. He has six years experience designing and coordinating Industrial projects for both small and large companies. Chris has a passion for modern house designs that utilize resources and technology to increase their efficiency, while still looking aesthetically pleasing. He strongly believes that modular construction has inherent benefits for residential home owners looking for a clean design that can be built in less time with less waste and less energy use than conventional construction. |
